New Feature: GPT Virtual Assistant

Introduction

We are excited to announce a new feature, Virtual Assistant, which will help you navigate our website and answer some basic referential questions. We currently don't have any help documentation and thought that this might be a great way for users to ask for help (through conversation). This feature also aligns with one of our core values of keeping things simple. Instead of searching and digging through documentation, you simply ask your question. The intent is to help improve your user experience and possibly help you make smarter decisions through the use of this feature.

Virtual Assistant

Our virtual assistant is capable of helping you navigate through our website. You can ask it questions about where to find things on the website and it will guide you through conversation or chat. Or you can ask how something is calculated and it will help you with that (but, not specific to your portfolios). Here is an example of it asking where monthly income is found:

Not only is it able to help you navigate the website but it can also help you with referential information. You can also ask questions about financial topics and it can provide you with referential information. Here is an example:
