Refund and Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel your subscription to our software. If you choose to cancel, you can do so by going to your Account Settings, selecting Account Billing Settings, and clicking on the Cancel Subscription button. Please note that if you cancel, you'll no longer have access to our software after the end of your current billing period. Depending on the circumstances of your cancellation, you may be eligible for a refund. If you subscribed for a year and cancel early, you'll receive a prorated refund based on the remaining time in your subscription period. If you subscribed monthly, your subscription will stay active until the end of the current month, and will not be renewed for subsequent months unless you renew. Please note that refunds may be subject to fees charged by our payment provider.
